Thank you to everyone who joined the National Night Out Party. It was a success and Teresa did a wonderful job organizing it.

Welcome to the Sawyers Mill Development website. Sawyers Mill is located in Chesapeake, Virginia. There are two main entrances into Sawyers Mill: George Washington Hwy and Cedar Rd.

Our development can't be missed. It is a large community with about 450 houses and a large sign at both entrances.

There is a nice community clubhouse and large pool near the Cedar Rd. entrance and the city recently built a park near the George Washington Hwy. entrance located at 2810 Sawyers Arch.

Kids in the Sawyers Mill neighborhood attend Grassfields Elementary, Hugo Owens Middle School, and Deep Creek High School. Grassfields High School is currently being built. High school students in our community will transfer to the new Grassfields High School. Visit the city website for information on these schools.

Join the Sawyers Mill online community. Meet your neighbors, discuss neighborhood topics, start a game night with neighbors, a running or walking group, search for a local babysitter, ask a board member a question, etc.
