Welcome to the Sawyer's Mill Development website. Sawyer's Mill is located in Chesapeake, Virginia. There are two main entrances into Sawyer's Mill: George Washington Hwy and Cedar Rd.
Our development can't be missed. It is a large community with about 450 houses and a large sign at both entrances.
There is a nice community clubhouse and large pool near the Cedar Rd. entrance and the city recently built a park near the George Washington Hwy. entrance located at 2810 Sawyers Arch.
Kids in Sawyer's Mill neighborhood attend Grassfield Elementary, Hugo Owens Middle School, and Grassfield High School. Visit the City website for more information on these schools.
