POOL PASSES
Please visit the UPA office to pick-up pool passes. There will be no more pool passess issued on site.

The Sawyers Mill pool is an adult size pool with a shallow depth of 4 ft. There is also a toddler pool in a fenced area preventing them from toddling over to the deep pool. The pool area has a covered area with tables and chairs perfect for outdoor parties.

Please direct pool & clubhouse rental requests to Marsha Garrett, the association manager at 757-497-5752 x247. The clubhouse is reserved through the United Property Management.
